These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Travel Deals+ subscription service. By subscribing or using the website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription refunds, where applicable, are governed by the TravelDeals.world Referral, TD Coins & Refund Policy in section 12 below.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, illustrations (including Zebro), and materials associated with Travel Deals+ are the intellectual property of Dynamic Travels by Shinto Pvt. Ltd.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Travel Deals+ and Dynamic Travels by Shinto Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for:

• Price fluctuations
• Booking availability
• Third-party service disruptions
• Indirect or consequential losses

The service is provided on a best-effort basis.

9. Termination of Service

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or unlawful activity.

10. Governing Law

Part II - TD Coins Policy

4. TD Coins Usage Rules

TD Coins are promotional utility credits and:

• Are not redeemable for money
• Cannot be encashed
• Cannot be transferred between users

5. TD Coin Validity

All TD Coins carry a 6-month validity from date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Unused coins may expire automatically after validity ends.

Expired coins may not be reinstated unless required under a specific promotion.

6. Where TD Coins Can Be Used

TD Coins may be used only on:

7. Restrictions on TD Coins

TD Coins:

• Cannot be withdrawn as cash

TravelDeals.world provides access to curated travel deal links and does not act as merchant of record, booking operator, airline, hotel or package seller.

Bookings, payments, cancellations and supplier terms are handled by the third-party partner or provider users choose.

9. Refund Responsibility

Because bookings occur with third-party partners through linked deals:

Refunds, cancellations and booking disputes are generally governed by:

• Airline policies
• Hotel policies
• OTA / partner policies
• Supplier fare conditions
• Third-party booking terms

Refund responsibility lies with the booking provider or partner through whom the user books.

10. TravelDeals.world Refund Position

As TravelDeals.world does not directly process bookings:

• TravelDeals.world does not issue booking refunds for partner bookings
• Refund requests must be pursued with the booking provider
